Bayside Insurance Services is a privately owned employee benefit advisory company located in Palo Alto, California. Bayside has been providing quality benefit programs, advisory services and innovative employee benefit solutions to Bay Area employers for over 25 years.
The organization was a pioneer in the 1980’s in its development of a high-tech, bio-tech industry-specific healthcare program for the small to medium sized technology company. It was Bayside and its “Care-ousel Plans” that allowed such technology companies to offer their employees Fortune 500 company benefit levels.
Beyond innovative products, Bayside prides itself on its professional knowledge, and absolute commitment to the client. In 2003, after 13 years working for a Fortune 100 national insurance company running a $15 million regional operation, and five years of growing his own advisory business, Ken Witt merged his business with Bayside and has since become the majority owner. Mr. Witt’s unique training and philosophy of client service has allowed Bayside to continue to grow and flourish. He has brought his system of delivering Fortune 100 client service to the Middle Market emerging and established employer.
Bayside is not a marketing organization. It does not grow through solicitation of new business, but rather by and through current relationships.
